Rate Increase

I have been an Xfinity customer for 2 years. Suddenly, without notice, my rate has increased $30, nearly doubling the overall cost. This is for the same service that I've been using for the last two years. Why did it increase so dramatically?

We encourage you to view your monthly bills, as the promotional pricing details are printed right below the monthly price. My monthly bill in 2022 was $41.3, in 2023 was increased to $ 51.3 (+24%), now in 2024 it was increased to $ 70.3 (+37%) without any explanation. There was no change in service, no upgrades. Shouldn't it follow the inflation rate?

@user_kg30dz From my experience it usually goes up due to an end in promotional rates on the account, but I am here to confirm what is going on. If that is the case I would be happy to review the account for a new discount. Here is a link: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/offers with our current promotions if you wanted to take a look. Just make sure you are logged on to your account to see the promotions available for your account.  You can also set up the services directly from the website.
