Received Offer in Mail 3 days ago ALREADY EXPIRED

I received this offer in my mail 3 days ago [I only recently made moving arrangements]

It is for $25 Gigabit Internet for 24 months with a 2 year contract.... so basically I was MAILED an expired offer.

I made an appointment THE DAY I received it [not knowing it expired as that was on the back super FINE print]

That appointment was today and I learned the offer was expired  3/23/2025 in tiny tiny print

YET they mailed it to me April 2025

Any suggestions?

[Should I try a competitor such as metronet? they offer more speed options, no teasing expired coupons sent to me, well yet]

My screen does not provide the option of attaching a photo, [I had other people look over my shoulder, not there].  The link you sent was helpful and I published the pictures on a blog you may access to see these photos.  Let me know if you have any difficulty viewing them.  The pictures, front and back are here:

The reply above is from Saoirseheart [me] I feel as if the xfinity website is confusing, they ask me for a secondary email contact, then they use the secondary contact to post this reply.  Geeze could it be MORE difficult?

Thanks for the screenshot, our promotions change at anytime depending on when they expire but if you go to this link https://www.xfinity.com/broadband-labels and put in your address it'll show you all the new promotional offers available in your area from that awesome link you can create your account to have your equipment shipped off to you or depending on your location you will have the option to set up for a technician to come out and install your services
