refund for my free mobile line plan

Hi team, I am currently on an internet plan that provided me with a free mobile line. However, I was charged $63.74 for the mobile plan yesterday. After contacting both the mobile and internet teams, I was informed that the mobile team could not address the issue because my line wasn’t marked as free by the internet team, and the internet team claims they have no access to mobile billing. I have been transferred back and forth between the two departments without a resolution. I would like to request a refund for the incorrect mobile charge and ensure that future mobile line charges are removed. Additionally, could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue without the need for further escalation? Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

When you have a moment please send us a direct message that includes your name and service address. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.

The mobile department starts to charge me again. Now my phone plan get suspended. I hope someone from the team can help me with this issue

Im on the phone with them now.. they charged me 193.00 for 2 lines that are supposed be under promotion one phone is supposed to be free the other free service for a yr.. after porting my number from t mobile the promotion didn't take spoke with someone last week they said i would be refunded 40 in 5 days no money yet now new bill comes in 157.23 they're still charging me for a phone that supposed to be free 

Transfer to this ine that one Im so upset for switching to Xfinity after being with T-Mobile for over 20 yrs.. so far they have taken over 500 for these phones and its only been one billing cycle not to mention I received a bill from a so called Comcast for 213.63 after signing with Xfinity mobile  then another 75$ yhe next day I had to close my bank account..
