refund for Nexflix service

I canceled Netflix service on June30,2026.  I was told even though the service was canceled, I still have to pay for July, Aug,, and Sept, $19.99. Why?

Good morning @user_4erqx1, and thanks for reaching out to us on the Xfinity forums with your issue, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry that you are still being charged for Netflix on your bill, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. Are you paying for Netflix individually, or as part of a bundle like Streamsaver?

@user_4erqx1

If you cancelled Netflix on June 30th you wouldn't still be charged for it in August and September.

How did you cancel Netflix service? Did you go to the Netflix website and remove Xfinity as the biller, or did you reach out to one of our customer service agents to cancel Netflix?

We'll have to take a deeper look into your account as it may not have been cancelled when you went into the Xfinity store. Since you went into the Xfinity store have you reached back out to our support team at the 800 number to see if it's been truly cancelled?

And the Xfinity store in Parker to complain. The Parker manager said that was the policy.  I questioned him many times on how they can charge when not providing a service.
