Refund for outage at my home only
It seems impossible to contact anybody at xfinity and the assistant is zero help. We recently had an outage for 4 days and a tech found that some critter had chewed through our line that's only 3 months old. Xfinity was just installed this past fall in the area. I can't use the normal outage refund page because there was no outage in the area but we were left without internet for 4 days. Of course over Super Bowl weekend too where we stream everything. Is there a link or something to be able to contact whether through email or chat that is not the xfinity assitant? Even a phone number would work. I'm just struggling to find anything that will help.
