Refund status

I was charged $92.24 for an account that wasn’t mine on 12/13/25. This is the 5th time im reaching out about this issue.

It was an Utah address and I’ve never been to Utah . The[Edited: "Personal Information"] <---- For PII/Personal or Account related information in Utah. This is the 5time reaching out about this.
