Refund status

Hello,

Last week I spoke to a representative over the Xfinity Chat regarding my phone service with Xfinity Mobile. I was unknowingly paying for two mobile lines for the SAME phone for the past two years. He removed the second line and told me he escalated the issue. The representative told me that I would be getting a refund for what I had paid for the last two years and someone would contact me through email. No one has contacted me regarding this situation so that is why I am reaching out. Can somebody help with this? Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us about this @user_ik572k and bringing this to our attention! It is great that the extra line has already been removed from your account, were you by chance provided with any ticket numbers?
