Refund

I requested a refund of $10.77 in the form of a check and I canceled my services at the end of December 2024 and it is now March 20 25 and I have not received the check.

user_02bcdb Thanks for reaching out! Normally, if your refund is $500 or less, you’ll get an email notification on how to claim the refund digitally at xfinityrefunds.com. Do you recall receiving an email on how to request your refund?

I didn’t want it digitally.  I wanted a check so I could deposit it into my bank account.

@user_02bcdb We apologize for the inconvenience, but the refund was issued and complete. You are welcome to use the gift card at most retailers or businesses that take Visa. Simply apply it before checking out with a different form of payment. Please keep in mind these cards to expire 6 months after they're issued.
