This article will review how we process refunds. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/refunds-from-xfinity When an account is closed and all Xfinity leased equipment is returned a refund will be applied to the last payment method on file. If it can't be applied an email from notifications@refunds.xfinity.com will be sent giving you the option to choose a refund method. If this is not received within 15 days a check or Prepaid Visa is mailed out.
