Refund

I received a letter from Xfinity on January 13, 2025 saying that I have a credit balance, but I haven't seen that money sent to me.  How can I get it, please?

@user_hjxp3x Was there any mention in the letter about how it would be received? If the account is closed, the typical timeline to receive a refund is within 2-3 weeks. We will attempt refund the amount to the previous payment account we received a payment from automatically. If we're unable to do that we will send an email with instructions on how to redeem a virtual gift card for the amount. If none of those options work or responded we will send a check vial mail to the bill-to address that was last updated on the account.
