refund

I moved and called in advance to switch service to new address and cancel service at the old address. Gave dates spent two hours on the phone getting my new service set up. arrive at my new place with no internet. Now I go to the store and spend 2 hours there because no one ever set up my internet. about a month later, realize I'm still getting charges from the old address. I've now spent over 3 hours on 2 separate days trying to get my $$ back. was PROMISED I would be receive a call back on 9/16 at 2pm and that didn't happen. call back and am put on hold I silence for over an hour, not even a check in. tried back got hung up on. how can I get my stolen money back?
