Refund

This is my 4th time to ask clear up the error. I have been using xfinity wifi from Boston. However, I moved out from the place in Boston on June, but had to live out of america for 3months, so I asked to cancel my account. I talked with the assistant and she said my account is now blocked and I will not be charged any more. (Because I am not using it). 

Starting this september, I needed to set up my wifi. So I called xifinity and made a new account for the new apartment in Arlington, VA. So I have my new account for here and also set up auto payment to get $10 discount. However, here I got 2 main problem.

1. Auto payment was not set up and now I got charged without $10discount. 
2. My past account (in boston) has been charged still now. Everytime I found it, I needed to ask you refund again and agian. Nothing has solved. You are charing me with no reason for 4months and yesterday again. Auto payment is still working on this account and you already got my money.

How will you deal with my money and time? Of course you have to give me a refund, but I don't understand why do I have to keep get stress about it. Do you guys want me to sue your company?
