@user_mya637  Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. Was this credit balance on a closed account? If so, if the balance is now showing zero, then the refund has been processed and you should receive an email confirmation soon after (within a few days) on options to receive the refund. if the account is still active, a new month may have been posted, causing the credit to be used towards the new balance.
