refunds

Hi everyone ive been trying to get over 8 months of charged monthly credits back that were never used. i heard the best way is to just file an FCC complaint and contact the public utility commission. is that correcT?

Good afternoon user_q5nvl3. I would be more than happy to assist you. I do just want to make sure I understand a little better, what credit you are referring to. Is this credit for service issues, credit for an account that was disconnected with a refund balance, or something different? We will be happy to assist.

i have had 3 different calls with your reps. i have 3 ticket numbers and each one says something different. yall are crooks.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
