Regional sports fee

I would like to know specifically what sports programming I am receiving for the Regional Sports Fee? We have no regional teams in SWFL.

you do offer a $70 Sports Package as an add-on; you advertise this to receive local sports programming, so why the $9.20 monthly charge that is not optional?

swfl33913 The RSN Fee is included in the video price and is an itemized charge on your bill based on Xfinity's costs of providing the regional sports networks the copmany carries on cable systems in each area. These costs include the fees that RSNs charge Xfinity to carry them on its cable systems, fees that are among the fastest growing components of the company's programming costs.

@rjc1247 No. You can't opt out of it.

You can cancel your cable tv, however, or downgrade to just basic cable.
