reimbursement
I am livingat [Edited: "Personal Information"].
[Edited: "Personal Information"] to be more specific.
I have Xfinity plan ([Edited: "Personal Information"]).
As of this year, our HOA pays the bills, but prior to that, each resident was paying is own bill.
For several months now, I pesonnaly have a credit of 31,95$ with Xfinity.
Since it our HOA who pays the bills, I will never have to pay personnaly another bill, so could you reimburse me for that useless credit of 31,95$
Thank you,

@user_20c0zg Hi there! Thanks for reaching out, we understand why you’re asking about that credit.
Since the credit is tied to the account itself, it remains there even though billing has transitioned to the HOA. At this time, we wouldn’t be able to issue that amount as a refund.
The good news is that the $31.95 will still be applied to the account and used toward future charges billed through the HOA, so it won’t be lost.
We know that may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we truly appreciate your understanding. If you have any other questions about the account, we’re here to help.
