Removal of one time charge

Hello,

My previous bill contains a one time charge of $15.00. I had a conversation on this forum about the removal of this charge when it appears on the bill, and that they will add a note on this account. I cannot see the conversation history anymore. Can you please help remove this charge. Thank you.
