Remove Late Fee

My February bill states it was due March 25,2026. I made the payment today but a 13$ Late fee has been added to my next bill. Please advise on how to remove

Hey @user_wlsowt, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We appreciate you bringing your concern to us. The late fee would most likely appear from the last service bill if the bill was due tomorrow. When was the payment for last month made? The Late Fee gets added to the next service bill as we do bill a month in advance.
