Request for Resolution - Xfinity Failed to Honor Promised Plan Price

Hello,

I need help with having Xfinity honor the price that they promised.

My price went up, so I used their online chat system to sign up for the new plan with the lower price. Three online chat agents made me believe that my order for the new plan would go through, but it never did. They assured me repeatedly by giving me the Order ID, sharing the 3-month forecast for my upcoming payments, and issuing the credit for the inconvenience that I experienced. None of them came true. The fourth chat agent forwarded me to the Retention Team, and I spoke with six other agents over the phone, but they all failed to honor the commitment that three chat agents made. The last phone agent disconnected the call mid-conversation, and the issue has not been addressed through normal customer service channels. All the chat transcripts were saved, and the phone conversations were documented. I already got charged for the higher price for November 2025 although I initiated this process on October 10, 2025. I would like the plan and price that Xfinity confirmed in writing to be honored.
