Request to Increase Credit Limit

Dear Comcast/Xfinity Team,

We have been loyal customers with Comcast for more than 10 years. During this time, our credit limit has remained the same and has not been updated. Recently, we visited one of your stores to purchase an iPhone 17 Max and a watch. The store team submitted a request on our behalf to increase the credit limit, but we have not received any response yet.

I kindly request you to review our account history and increase our credit limit so that we can proceed with the purchase.
