Request to remove collection item from credit report

Hi my name is [Edit: Removed personal information.] I recently found out that I still owed $72.35 and was sent to collections. I paid it in full on 3/24/26. I am requesting to have the collection item removed from my credit report. I wish to have a clean credit report. The service address was: [Edit: Removed personal information.]

user_23ob33 Thank you for letting us know you made a payment for your closed account. When an account is reported to collections and then is paid off, the collection status will update automatically to paid after 30 days.  Once we get to that point, if it still has not been removed, we can send off a request for you.
