Request to update name on billing statements

Hello,

I would like to request a name change on my Xfinity billing statements.

The name currently shown on my bills is incorrect/outdated, and I need it to be updated to the correct legal name associated with my account.

Please let me know what information or documentation you need from me to complete this change. I am the account holder and can verify my identity if required.

I understand you have some questions about changing your name and I am happy to assist you through this. Can we please get you to send us a DM with your full name and service address to get started?
To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
