Request to Update Plan to Student Discount
Dear Xfinity Support Team,
I am writing to request assistance with my student discount plan enrollment. I successfully verified my eligibility through SheerID, but despite several attempts, my plan has not yet been updated.
I contacted customer service multiple times, and they advised me to visit an Xfinity store. When I went to the store, I was informed that they do not process this promotion and was directed back to customer support. This has left me in a loop without resolution.
I kindly request that my current plan be changed to the verified student discount plan as soon as possible. Please let me know if you require any additional documents or confirmation from my end.

Hello @pavankalyan46, how are you? It sounds like you're trying to sign up for the student discount after having an account. For this type of promotion, you need to open a new account. You can't add a student discount to an existing account. You would have to have no account and open a student account as a new customer.
