Restoring service after installment plan

I recently set up the installment plan and paid the down payment, however services aren’t restored and xfinity assistant isn’t any help, and can’t get a live agent to help. I would my services restored.

Thank you for responding, yes it looks like it’s the original payment minus the $50 installment payment now.

How long has it been since the payment was made, it can take up to two hours for services to be restored. Often times it is quicker, but can take up to a couple of hours. 

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.

Did you get any confirmation email regarding the arrangement, or is it displaying on the Xfinity App, now?

No I haven’t received a confirmation email, and I just see the payment but nothing in regards to the installment plan
