Returned equipment but still receiving the bill email
I have returned my equipment two weeks ago. I also clicked end the service when I applied return on the website. But I still receive the bill from Xfinity. I contacted the customer service, they told me I still need to pay the bill. This is ridiculous! Why should I pay the bill when I have ended the service and returned the equipment?

Hello, user_hukkt3! We would be happy to check further on your service and the bill. Your bills generate a week before you can view them. It is possible that the bill is before the change was requested on your account. The final bill is sent out via USPS a few weeks after closing the account. That one will have the billing corrections (prorated credits) on it.
Let's take a look at this together. Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
