Returned equipment is still on upcoming statement

Hi, I recently did the "free upgrade" to new equipment. I returned the old box and cables last night, but the equipment is still on my statement. When will it be taken off?

user_uo6ah9 Thanks for reaching out! If you returned the equipment to a UPS Store it won't be removed until the warehouse receives the equipment back. If you returned the equipment to a Xfinity Store, it may take upto 24-48 hours to be removed.

I returned it to an Xfinity store. The charge is still on my upcoming bill.

@user_uo6ah9, if this is a monthly recurring charge, you will see it backdated on your following bill. The coding that we see is removed within 24-48 hours.
