Returned modem rental fee

Hello. I recently returned my tv box and remote rental to an xfinity store which we are usually charged $24 a month since we hadn’t returned it. I was reviewing the bill for this upcoming month and the charge is still on that bill. I was wondering if we are able to get in contact with someone or get credited for the charge. Thank you so much for your help.

Great question,  if you just recently returned Xfinity equipment you generally see it removed and credited on your next bill. A great way to see when your bill generates is via our awesome xfinity app https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill since we do bill a month in advance,  I highly recommend checking your bill date to see if you returned the equipment after that last statement was printed.
