Why am I getting an email to download the return label when I already sent the galaxy phone back two weeks ago?

user_c64g2b I understand the confusion. Sometimes these emails are sent automatically while the return is still being processed. If you've already sent the Galaxy phone back, has the return been marked as received or completed yet?
