Scam

Had the same issue order a Sim from them and placed it into my phone found out my phone was locked and the service won't work I called back 5mins later and canceled the service literally as I'm writing this I just got into a back and forth with multiple branch until reaching billing and they verified u did call back and issue a cancelation on the same day which I took screen shots of all this. My issue is this was added to my credit and did damage to my credit, so now that I verified I did my part and a technician for the 2nd time verified it this time I made sure and text them not call... what are you guys going to do about my credit?

Good evening, user_c6vn5i! Thank you for reaching out about the Xfinity Mobile line that you canceled. Can you tell me more about what way your credit was impacted? 

All credit inquiries performed by Xfinity are soft inquiries, also known as soft credit checks or soft credit pulls. This means Xfinity is checking the customer’s credit report, but not in connection with a specific application for credit, like a loan application. Soft inquiries don't impact the customer’s credit score, so they don't have to worry that the inquiry will decrease their credit score.

@XfinityRay​ nope it was sent to collection debt collector kept bothering me and my credit took a 70 point lost after yall report it on my credit, I also have a mail where yal threaten to report it to collection agency, just to tell me it's yall mistake call customer security to remove the charge but what about the damage to my credit that already been done for 6 months? Yall been had me on there since June last year when I had no service
