SERVICE CANCELLATION
I had previously asked for my service to be shut off on July 6th. Now I see its still active and I am getting charged on July 28th. I have asked for this cancellation to happen multiple times. I should not be getting charged on July 26th and my service needs to be shut off IMMEDIATELY.
