Service cancellation

I’ve been trying to cancel my Xfinity service for WEEKS and your so-called “customer service” has done nothing but waste my time. I’ve spoken to multiple agents who barely communicate clearly, and instead of helping me cancel, one of them added a mobile line to my account without my consent and tricked me into signing documents I was told would “lower my bill.” That was a blatant lie.

I am done dealing with this. This is official notice that I am canceling ALL Xfinity services immediately. I am demanding written confirmation of my cancellation and final bill, and I want that unauthorized mobile line removed and refunded immediately.

If this is not resolved within 24 hours, I will be filing formal complaints with the FCC, the Better Business Bureau, and my state Attorney General for unauthorized charges and deceptive practices. I will also be disputing all further payments through my bank.

Do not contact me with retention offers. Do not transfer me to another agent who “can’t help.” This is not negotiable. I expect a confirmation number, cancellation date, and final balance in writing within 24 hours — or I’ll move forward with legal and regulatory complaints.
