Service Charge
Had a connection problem which required a technician to come out. The technician checked my lines and determined that the problem was not my modem, and entirely external to the home (exterior lines needed to be replaced due to water damage). I was charged $100 for an in-home visit even though the problem was not in the home. I've contacted support multiple times, and submitted an escalation ticket which was then denied with no apparent reason for the denial. Please provide a refund or a point me toward the policy language for the charge so I can substantiate its validity.

Howdy user_nm7fkl 👋 I appreciate you taking the time to create a post in our community, and you've come to the right place for help! I know how frustrating it is to be charged for something I feel I shouldn't have, so I definitely want to take a deeper look at the account to verify this charge for you.
In order for me to look into this deeper, send us a direct chat message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page 👍
