Service cut off with payment arrangement

I had a payment arrangement in place yesterday. I paid 150. And now my service is cutt off again. With a higher amount due then yesterday. This is ridiculous. I’ve been asking since June to lower my plan to only internet. And it’s never changed! Now I’m being charged large amounts and it’s not fair either.
