Service disconnected

After i made my last payment, xfinity showed i had until September 30th to make an additional payment before my services were to be suspended. low & behold i wake up September 20th to my services being suspended. Have tried to call or message xfinity support but because service is suspended xfinity makes it literally impossible to talk to anyone accept artificial intelligence. I've called 10 times. no avail.  i just want to speak to a human & it should not be this difficult to do so with a billion dollar company.
