Service not restored after paying agreed-upon past due amount

Hello,
I am writing to get immediate assistance from a supervisor. My services were suspended, and I contacted customer support to find out how to get them restored. I was explicitly told that if I paid my past-due balance, my service would be turned back on.
I made that payment. However, it has now been over 24 hours, my services are still disconnected, and Xfinity is now demanding that I pay even more money before they will honor the agreement.
I paid the exact amount I was instructed to pay to restore my connection. I need an official representative to look into my account, honor the original agreement made by your agent, and manually push through my service restoration immediately.
Thank you.

user_uf5t56 Thank you for reaching out, and I'm really sorry you're dealing with this. I'd be happy to take a closer look at the account, review the payment history, and see what notes were left regarding service restoration. We can also check the current status of the account and help clarify why service has not been restored as expected. Please send us a Direct Message with your name and service address, and we'll do everything we can to help get to the bottom of this.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
