Service Outage
Hello,
In regards to my account ending [Edited: Personal Information] , ALL of my Comcast services were out from approximately 1:00 pm on Sunday, September 13th until 1:15 pm on Tuesday, September 15th. Your automated system states that there were no service outages during that time period. The source of the problem was low voltage in the line coming off of Puttker Road, as explained by the technician who visited my neighbor at [Edited: Personal Information] The repair was carried out by service technicians on the line on Puttker Road with the use of two trucks.
I was assured by the Comcast representative I spoke with on Sunday, September 13th that a credit would be issued as soon as services were restored, yet no credit is reflected on the billing statement I just received.
Please review my account and advise when a credit for two days service will be issued.
You may call me at [Edited: Personal Information] if further discussion is required.
Thank you,
[Edited: Personal Information]
