Service restoration on Xfinity mobile after past due payment.

Hi, my autopay was attached to a card that I forgot had been deactivated due to a fraud scare, and I was overdue on my payment. I just paid it off, but was wondering how long it would take for service to resume.

Hello user_elhzz3 thanks so much for taking the time to reach out here via our Xfinity Forums! When services are suspended for non-payment, and payment is made in full, it takes about 60 minutes for services to begin again. You may need to restart your equipment, but usually isn't needed.

Hello @user_kicu67, thank you for your comment. If you've already paid the full past due balance and your services still haven’t been restored, we can definitely take a closer look to see if there’s an issue causing the delay. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.
