Service still suspended but was told it would be turned on 2 hours ago

Hello, 

I was advised that my system would be turned back on 2 hours ago and I still do not have any service. I cannot get any representative at all, only that the office is closed now that my service was never turned back on. Please help me

I understand that your service has been suspended, and you would like to have it restored to regain access to your services. As a consumer myself, I know how important working service is and would be happy to look into what options we have to assist you. Firstly, was the service suspended due to a temporary package change such as a seasonal plan?

To send a direct message [private message]:

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
