Shady Business

I was offered a promotion when I called them to cancel the service. It was a good promotion so I took it, which they said I will only be charge $55/month for 5 years for the same plan I was on. I got the email confirmation for that as well. However I was still overcharged and I called the help center but they were ready to shove another promotion down my throat instead of helping me solve the issue. All they said was “don’t worry, since u’re a loyal customer we got a great promotion for u” I don’t care about the promotion, if I am a loyal customer I expect to be treated as one. Everything about xfinity is so scammy and never straightforward. I wanted to email this because I am sick of talking to these people at the help center but there isn’t even a customer service email which is [Edited: "Language"]. I expect to receive my refund back and I will be canceling the service. Never using this [Edited: "Language"] again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this home internet service.
