Signed up for a new Internet service and ended up with two accounts

We signed up for a new service Internet and one mobile phone in January. We had an old account we’ve had for many years for some reason we still have two now our billing is [Edited: "Language"] up in our Internet has been cut off totally frustrating and very unacceptable please let’s fix this.
