Someone can confirm this confirmation number did something?

Hello, my mother recently called a Comcast Agent because our cable/internet was turned off due to the credit card being used for the bill having gotten stolen, so we were unknowingly not paying the bill over the past few months. My mother spoke to an agent on the phone who offered to give us a break on some of the outstanding balance that was owed while also paying what we needed to turn the internet/cable back on. However, it's been 12 hours now and we still haven't had the Internet/Cable restored and it's still showing an outstanding balance. My mother is somewhat elderly so maybe she misunderstood, but I'm not sure what this confirmation number confirms we have done or even showing. The confirmation is as follows.

@user_fhs4jy  We appreciate you reaching out to us over our Community Forums. If the past due balance was paid, services should have been within the hour or less. You can check the Xfinity app to see the status of the account, and services.
