Statement Balance Discrepancy

I go on line to pay my bill and it says i owe nothing yet i found as statement showing a balance due today

I definitely understand wanting to confirm if your bill is actually due yet, so we apologize for any confusion this has caused you. 

 

Since we bill one month in advance, your monthly billing statement could have been generated, but the balance may not be due yet. At the bottom of page 1 of your billing statement, it will list the payment due date underneath your account number. Please also follow this very helpful link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/new-bill-design, which helps break down how to better understand your bill.
