Statements from Previous Address
We moved services from one address to the next and now I can't see statements from the old address. I searched this forum and saw a couple of other people with the same issue and it said that to see past statements at previous addresses you would need to link the account. So I followed the "how to link account" article and it might as well been the instructions for installing a ceiling fan. It talks about inviting someone else to be part of your plan. The entire article is about how you invite another person to join your plan. Since I couldn't find how to "link" an account, I went into the account to where it shows my previous addresses. It allows me one option for each address... that is to "unlink" the account. In other words, the system is telling me that the old addresses where I had service is already linked. So if linking an account to a previous service address is the key to seeing the statements at that past address, why am I not able to see them if they are already linked?
Quite frankly, it is a question that shouldn't have to be asked because, if I simply move my account from one address to another, nothing changes other than the address. It is still the same account. Why on earth would that suddenly make past statements from previous addresses be hidden? If I have a credit card that I can access online and I move, the credit card statement doesn't suddenly become separated depending on where I lived at the time. Same with a car payment,,
xfinity needs to take some of the people who create policies and operation procedures out of the conference room and put them in customer service chat cubicle. Maybe then their policies and modes of operation wouldn't be so difficult and they would have enough people to talk to customers when they have questions.

@user_3vkyhi Good morning! We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with our Xfinity Community Forums. I can see you are running into some difficulties, and I'm happy to help you get everything squared away today. The invitation, is to confirm the role at the new address. In some cases when customers move, the role doesn't stay the same. Once you confirm the invitation, you should see an option to use "Existing Profile". Once this is completed, you should see both addresses. Since the account number changes when you move, it's important to have these separated. Additionally, this also allows you to have the ability to have more than one account under the same profile.
I can see you have tried this. To clarify, are you seeing both addresses when you login or just the old address?
