Still being charged for Peacock
This has been an issue for 2 months now since upgrading my plan. I see my new bill, and I'm still being charged $16.99 for Peacock. This is supposed to be included with my plan for 2 years. I've been going through this since changing my plan, and I'm getting no help. I've tried everything I could and even talked with an agent who assured me that the charge would no longer be on my bill, but here we are again. What do I need to do? This is getting frustrating and ridiculous. I paid it last month, but I'm not paying again for something I'm supposed to be getting included.
