Still getting charged after stopping service

Hi I ended service before my next bill was due and I just got charged for it again.

Greetings, @user_yj0db3! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about this unexpected bill. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

 

Please be advised, it can take up to 10 days for a service cancellation to fully process in our system. The good thing is, all of our billing is done in advance, so if you did receive a bill after requesting to cancel your service, those charges should be reversed once the account is closed out.

 

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
