Stopped Recieving Xfinity internet Bill discount

Hi Team,

I have stopped receiving the discounts in my internet Bill since couple of months and nobody is able to fix it. I am treated like a Tennis Ball and Xfinity Mobile team and Internet team are like 2 players. They pass the ball back and forth saying Mobile team needs to fix or Internet team needs to fix it and no resolution yet. I am frustrated and thinking of cancelling both my connections. I want to escalate the issue.

The internet Bill discounts are given because of my xfinity mobile line. Please help fixing it else will go ahead and cancel both internet and mobile as i was not given was is promised.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
