Streaming apps not being billed through xfinity

I have been in contact with Xfinity over a dozen times (not an exaggeration) re: my streaming apps. They still are not fixed. My HBO and Apple TV are still not being billed through Xfinity. I was on the phone with an agent for over an hour three days ago and they swore everything was fixed. I could not be angrier at the poor customer service.
