Sudden bill increase

My bill increased dramatically after my promotional discount of $29 ended and also went up an additional $10 on top of that without explanation.

Hello @user_j236n1 Thank you for reaching out to us! I understand that it is very important to be aware of any changes happening when it comes to billing. On your monthly statements we send out the date that your promotion will expire as well as any updates that may be happening with billing due to any programming changes or rate changes, we keep everything updated on those monthly statements. Did you by chance see any plan expiration dates or changes happening with your billing on your last statement?

I was able to find the notice about the expiration on the last page of my previous bill PDF after the email I received for my current bill showed an unexpected amount. If this is the correct amount, then this price is no longer comparable to other services in my area.

Just make sure you are logged on to your account to see the promotions available for your account.  You can also set up the services directly from the website. I am just the person to pull up your account and review your account and promotions available with you.
