I DO NOT HAVE Xfinity mobile yet I am being charged for the service.  Over the last 3 months I have continuously ( 9 times to be exact) called to say that but no one is listening.  I started calling again on Friday 9/18/2026 to have money refunded back to me that was taken from my account. ($18.35) I do have the internet service.  I have spoken to Kari, Sibs, and Ali and Jimmy with nothing done to refund my money.  I have been told the refund takes 7 to 10 business days but why? Again I DON’T HAVE mobile service.  I have spent countless hours trying to resolve this matter.  I have asked for a supervisor several times but then the phone hangs up ( 3 times just today).  At some point this situation has to be resolved.  Also the numerous calls to resolve an issue is dumb.  I enjoy the internet service but I will do away with Xfinity altogether if I can’t get a resolution.  Again to call this many time to have a problem resolved is insane.

We'd be happy to look into this and can escalate to our Xfinity Mobile Escalations team if necessary. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address and we will find out what is going on.
