I continue to receive texts that I’m overdue but I have been on autopay for years. Text reads: Your Xfinity balance is now overdue. Please make a payment or see if you are eligible for flexible payment options at https://payments.xfinity.com CA Debt Collector Lic. #10316-99 Txt pay, help, or stop

I have been getting text messages on my phone "Your Xfinity balance is now overdue ..." from 26678 for months. I always paid my bills. Also get text messages "Please return your UNUSED Xfinity equipment ..." I never had Xfinity equipment over the last 10 years.. Can you fix that please, very annoying.
